About Complexity of Simplicity A.P. Chekhov-dramatist

Abstract: Making a start from V.B. Kataev's formula complexity of simplicity which universally characterizes Chekhov's creativity S.A.Komarov reflects on an art phenomenon of plays Seagull and «the Cherry garden». In the center of the scientist's attention is the language of Chekhov's dramas. The selected foreshortening is connected with the writer's thoughts of the nature's language and conformable philologists' works modern to Chekhov. First of all, A.A.Potebnya and A.N. Afanasev. S.A.Komarov researches a problem of «naming heroes» in both plays in detail, he doesn't limit himself to an establishment of etymology and tracing intertext connections, but each time correlates semantics of the name to the art concept of product, revealing the cultural-metaphysical plan promoting its specification and understanding.
