Abstract: The given variant of a work-book on the Russian Language for schoolchildren is aimed to study the topics “Participles” and “Adverbs”. Comprehensive approach that the authors suggest provides not only practical understanding the differences of those parts of speech but also considering the peculiarities of their spelling, way of formation and usage in speech. So this variant of work-book can help a student not only in the classroom but also in his independent work.
